As a design leader and founder at UX agency iiD, I partnered with Fitbit to create an interactive in-store experience that educated shoppers and boosted engagement. With the wearables market still emerging, many consumers struggled to differentiate devices and understand their value. I led the design of a digital tool that simplified product selection while showcasing Fitbit’s full range in an intuitive, compelling way.
